HOME TRIAL

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to select a frame which suits without first trying it on. Therefore, we offer a unique full home trial system enabling you to choose a frame in the comfort of your own home. You can select up to a maximum of 2 frames and we will only charge a fee of £5.00 for the administration, postage, packing and insurance for both frames. The £5.00 will be charged to your credit/debit card. You can choose any retail price you think may be suitable except readers and designer frames.

Included with your trial frames will be a stamped addressed return label so that you can return the glasses to us through the normal postal service.

The trial period will be for 10 working days after you receive the frames. When you have selected a frame, order the one you require. The £5.00 you have paid for the trial will be deducted from your order.

If you decide not to order, return the glasses in the stamped addressed envelope provided within 10 working days

If you do not return the glasses within the period specified, you will be charged the full retail price for both pairs
