TERMS & CONDITIONS

All products has a 12 month warranty against normal wear and tear. If you experience any difficulties, return the glasses to us for immediate attention. After a 12 month period our technicians will be only too pleased to make any adjustments that might be necessary.

If in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and are not satisfied with them, return them to us within 7 days. The lens of the glasses have obviously been prepared and fitted to your exact prescription and will be immediately inspected by our technicians upon return. If they find they have been prepared correctly to your prescription your refund will be made less a £10 administration charge. This is because the glasses will have to be destroyed as they have been made to your own personal prescription.

In the unlikely event of the glasses being made incorrectly to your prescription, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of either receiving a new pair correctly made to your prescription or a full refund. The refund will include post and packaging.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

  1. Ashanti are unable to provide you with glasses from a prescription that is over two years old at the time your order is placed.
  2. Ashanti cannot be held responsible if the information on the prescription is inaccurate.
  3. You must not be registered partially sighted or blind.
  4. You must be over the age of 16 and legally entitled to purchase prescription spectacles
  5. You agree that all the details you provide, including contact details and payment details, are up to date and correct.
  6. Ashanti Eyewear Limited cannot and does not offer or purport to offer any medial advice or diagnosis. Ashanti Eyewear Limited strongly advice that any medical questions concerning eyesight should be solved by consulting a registered Optician.

AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

  1. All goods are subject to availability. Should an item be unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately. The customer will have the option of either choosing an alternative or cancelling their order.
  2. All prices and specifications are correct as seen. Ashanti Eyewear Limited reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice. Customers who have already ordered before any such change will have their order fulfilled at the price appertaining to the order date.
  3. All items advertised contain as accurate as possible descriptions of the goods that will be supplied to the customer. Photographs may not match exactly the product with respect to the colour.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  1. We accept payment by the following Credit Cards: Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Solo/Maestro
  2. All Credit Card payments are subject to authorisation by the Card issuer. If the Credit Card is refused by the issuer, delivery will be refused.
  3. Only when payment in full is received will the glasses be despatched.
  4. Ashanti Eyewear Limited accepts its customers Credit Card's information entirely at the customers risk.
  5. Cheques are accepted through the postal system, please allow an additional 5 days for delivery to allow the cheque to clear the banking system.

RETURNS POLICY

  1. If the goods are damaged, contact us immediately and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
  2. If after 15 working days you have not received delivery of your order, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.
  3. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you have ordered then you have 10 working days in which to return the item in question. This will not in anyway affect the customers Statutory Rights.
  4. As soon as the goods have been delivered, you must inspect them very carefully, if for any reason the goods are damaged, please contact us to inform us of the problem and we will tell you how to proceed; do not use the goods. Items damaged whilst in the possession of the customer will remain the property of the customer. No refunds will be given for goods that are returned that have been damaged by the customer.
  5. Ashanti Eyewear Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss for the use of any products it has sold
  6. We do not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by the customer once the item has been received. We shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any goods available on our site.
