HOW TO ORDER
1) Obtain your prescription
You will either have a prescription (this must
be under two years old) or you will need to go to your Optician and have your
eyes tested. Your Optician is obliged by law under the 1989 Opticians Act to
provide you with a clear readable prescription. When you receive your
prescription, make sure you can read it. Remember you are under no obligation
to purchase your glasses from your prescription provider. Your Optician is
entitled to make a charge for this service.
2) Choose your frame
We offer over 100 high quality styles to suit all. Carefully select
the frame that will suit you. If you require guidance you can consult our
Styling Hints or if you are looking for a particular style use our

3) Choose your lenses
Our lenses offer is fully comprehensive. We offer scratch resistance lenses
as standard with full and half frames and Polycarbon as standard with all
frameless models. Our offer includes many additional lens types. Bi-focal,
Transition, Polycarbon and High Index. It is also possible to order Diamond
Hard Coat, Hard Multi anti-reflective (HMAR) and sunglass coatings to standard CR39, and bi-focal lenses. HMAR is
standard on High Index super slim, light, weight lenses and Polycarbon is standard on rimless lenses. After
choosing a frame, the lenses available for that frame will be clearly shown
together with technical and practical explanation.

4. Enter your prescription details
Our form could not be more simple, and remember if you cannot read your
Opticians writing ask.

5. Trial
If you want to take advantage of our unique trial process, we can offer you 2
pairs of frames (note we cannot provide trials with prescription lens) to trial
in the comfort of your own home. Simply select any 2 pairs you think would suit
you and we will make an initial charge of £5.00 regardless of the retail price.
For example, you can order 2 pairs of £55.00 glasses for trial for £5.00.

We will provide a stamped addressed bag to return the frames. If you place an order, quoting the reference number we give you, the £5.00 trial fee will be deducted from your purchase.
If you do not return the frames within 10 working you may be charged for the full retail price of the frames as advertised.
