7. Can I send you an existing pair of glasses for you to copy the lens prescription?

Yes, if you have a pair of glasses that are perfectly acceptable to you, we can take the technical data from the lens, reproduce it in the new glasses and return you old ones unharmed. However, the glasses must be less than 2 years old and your eyesight must not have changed. Please allow 15 working days for this service.
