2. How can I be assured that my glasses will fit?

The head is the part of our body that shows the least variance over the entire human race. Therefore getting the correct fit for your glasses is an easy task.

The size of the frame is shown with the photo of each model and we give you guidance on how to measure your current glasses. There are also design styling hints that you can use in order to ensure that you purchase not only the correct size but a style which suits you. When you receive your glasses there will be notes regarding certain minor adjustments you can make for yourself i.e. the nose pads and ear fittings. If having made these minor adjustments you still feel your glasses do not fit satisfactorily you will be able to return them to us for alteration.

In the unlikely circumstance of having to return your prescription glasses, please make a short but concise note where you consider the problem to be. Without this it is very difficult for us to make the necessary adjustments.

If the prescription glasses are made of acetate; a sophisticated form of plastic; you will not be able to make the adjustments yourself so return the glasses to us with a short but concise note on the problem and we will make the adjustment for you.
