14. What sort of guarantee do you offer?

All our products are completely guaranteed. Our frames and lenses and accessories are manufactured from high quality materials in top rated factories and are constantly being inspected to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.

If a frame is subjected to normal wear and tear and fails within 12 months we will replace them completely free of charge. Just send your glasses to us together with a note explaining the problem. We will either rectify the problem or replace the frames with an identical pair free of charge and return them to you. After 12 months our technicians will be only too pleased to make any necessary repairs for a small charge.

If in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and are not satisfied with them, return them to us within 7 days. The lens of the glasses have obviously been prepared and fitted to your exact prescription and will be immediately inspected by our technicians upon return. If they find they have been prepared correctly to your prescription your refund will be made less a £10 administration charge. This is because the glasses will have to be destroyed as they have been made to your own personal prescription.

In the unlikely event of the glasses being made incorrectly to your prescription, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of either receiving a new pair correctly made to your prescription or a full refund. The refund will include post and packaging.
